904L Stainless Steel Pipe (1.4539) includes TP 904L – ASTM B677 (Seamless Pipe),
Grade 904L is a non-stabilised low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel. The addition of copper to this grade gives it greatly improved resistance to strong reducing acids, particularly sulphuric acid. It is also highly resistant to chloride attack - both pitting / crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
This grade is non-magnetic in all conditions and has excellent weldability and formability. The austenitic structure also gives this grade excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures.
904L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe ASTM A312 TP 904L / ASTM B677 TP 904L / ASME SB677 TP 904L and 904L Stainless Steel Welded Pipe ASTM A312 / ASTM B673 / ASME SB673 are available in different length Single Random, Double Random & Cut Length.

Material: 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 310S, 347H, 2205, 2507, 904L, etc.
Process size: conventional diameter 19mm, 25mm, 32mm, 38mm spot, according to the requirements to do sizing, the longest can do 30m, according to the application of different, can use cold drawing (annealing, pickling for soft industrial tube) and cold rolling (uniform wall thickness, hard not annealing inside and outside bright, annealing into soft industrial tube) two kinds of process.
Testing: according to customer requirements can do water pressure, ultrasonic, eddy current testing.
Features: stainless steel boiler tube, stainless steel heat exchange tube, stainless steel condensation tube, with high temperature steam resistance, impact corrosion resistance, ammonia corrosion resistance; Anti scaling, not easy to stain, anti oxidation corrosion; Long service life, reduce maintenance time, save costs; Good technology, can be directly changed tube, uniform tube wall, safe and reliable, overall thermal conductivity is better than copper tube; It is an ideal heat exchange product for the transformation of old units and the manufacture of new equipment.
